Eivind Valnes: Piano/Keys

Jørgen Ytreberg: Bass

Roger Johansen: Drums

Glesnes/Ytreberg Quartet is for the most located in the north of Norway. All the band members are born up north and make their livings as musicians all over the country. The music can be categorized  as acoustic groovy melodic jazz.

The quartet released their debut album "GYQ" in January 2008 and received  good response from the listeners and media.

Their second CD was released late in 2009, it has received very good response.

Mr. Randy Brecker is guest artist on the recording.
